The item I usually order wasn't available and your agent recommended an alternative which has turned out to be excellent. However we had to have about 4 emails to find the size. It would have been simpler if he had just sent a copy of the relevant size change in response to my first email regarding size.
The item arrived quickly in London, within 24 hours; in Ireland it takes a week to reach me. That's the postal service rather than you.
