Excellent... the only UK source I could find to buy this bit of kit which is so much better than what the NHS provides - even if it is rather expensive compared to US prices.
Serious problems trying buy online - the links just didn't work and I tried various machines, so the fault is not at my end. But phone purchase was simple and delivery fairly swift.
