Quick to answer the call and a REAL person! No machine telling me to press this, press that.
Lady knew what I was talking about, identified products, confirmed prices, knew about dispatch/delivery options and took my order after confirming that the product was on a 14 day trial (my original question).
I will defiantly use this company again, even if they were a little more expensive, just to get knowledgeable advice and great service. All on a day where I've had nothing but bad service from other companies I've been in contact with so, well done!
