I purchased the F&P Pilairo Q Nasal Pillows Mask for CPAP ventilation. I was very impressed with it's lightness and design. On receipt I used it over the first 2 nights and notice a significant improvement on the way I felt during the day. However, I have developed a pressure sore under my nose between my 2 nostrals. I think that the pitch set with the standard nasal pillow supplied in my case is slightly too narrow causing some chaffing. It's still early days yet and I have some options open to me to hopefully prevent my nose coming too sore I can't use the mask. But on the whole I'm impressed with the mask.
