the service I have received from the Intus staff has been exemplary. All my questions answered and queries resolved. Pleasant, professional and quick to respond. Well done.
sadly the apparatus is not quite working as well as expected. Apparently due to ill fitting masks. But NO mask fits completely well irrespective of who it is and surely that is a factor which should be taken into account during design and production. So I have problems with my CPAP/Mask scenario which will not go away and make the product (all £600 of it) less good than expected . I would not invest that money again until machine /mask interface is better sorted.
