I arrived in the UK from New Zealand to find that a critical part of my CPAP set-up was missing. Intus staff found the right part for me in a jiffy and it arrived at my hotel the following morning. I'm impressed with their great service and willingness to get me out of a spot! The Royal Mail was impressive too. Jonathan
