The ordering process was easy and the item was despatched promptly and did arrive safely however I was a little disappointed with the packaging. The box was dinted when we picked it up from the parcel office but luckily the equipment inside was not damaged. I feel that for an item as expensive and delicate as this a piece of bubble wrap around the mask was not too much to ask for.
Overall I would be happy to order from your site again as I will probably need replacement parts at some point in the future.
