Although the delay in sending my order was short, an email to let me know would have been useful. Because I live in an apartment, there is nowhere for packages to be left, so need to know when to expect one!
My local NHS hospital normally supply spares etc for my cpap but they have decided not to stock my model any longer, so am grateful to find you can help me - will be ordering from you again when needed.
