Intus was excellent in that you corrected the loss of order ect when I telephoned.cost was outrageous it at the SATA day, however I am still very offended by the young salesman on your stall, who, when I complained the cost was outragious, said ' well if you are used to getting everything free from the NHS you would think that.' What an insulting comment to make!
Perhaps you should give your salesman some training
