Took them a while, but they finally responded. They remained on topic, concise and professional in their correspondence and explanations. I was initially upset enough I left a negative review on this website, but I am giving this company another chance to fulfill their objectives. I don’t have an account on this website, so I am not familiar with how to delete or edit reviews. I will give them a positive review today to offset the negative I gave before... both reviews were honest and reflecting the actions of the company at the time.
