Honestly I love this service. Lots of folks say the wait time is to long (I mean it's a monthly subscription soo..??) and that it's too expensive. I've been buying from jm and a few other retailers and they are the same price. A lot of folks don't really understand that most of the bullion is direct from the mint and MSRP is usually set by them, give or take. Buy a crate and do a cart comparison, they are extremely competitive. Anyway, I travel a lot and love coming home to a pile of bullion boxes to open. Love the variety and I highly recommend these guys!
