first time buyer and had a lot of questions, the support lady I spoke with was super helpful. they aren't salesy or pushy, just gave me clear concise information on precious metals and the various coins and bars, even recommending me tons of alternatives to their service. received my first crate and absolutely love it and got an excellent deal. i will be with them for a long time as i plan on giving my stash of gold and silver to my kids.
