Customer service is great, very friendly, very responsive, very helpful. Thankfully I haven't had any problems, just questions. One time when I placed multiple similar orders they contacted me to make sure I was getting exactly what I intended. The fire sale access for subscribers provides very good value and many good options. I just wish the available stock didn't get exhausted so quickly, but that's a testament to the good value, almost always better price than the big sellers.
