The idea is great! However, I’m billed on the first but my crate isn’t sent out until the 15 ( if things go according to plan my first two shipments were delayed a week) during those 2-3 week that I’m waiting for the box to ship app prices can fluctuate so much. For this reason alone I’m canceling my service. They have a great Facebook page but I left a few questions on it and never got a reply. They respond to messages quickly but not things posted on their actual page.
