Please, if you want financial information, there are many other places to get it
then in IBD.
I had a very bad experience in trying to cancel my subscription. They charged me two additional months, because their records did not show I cancelled.
I asked for a refund and they said no refunds you are out of luck.
Try other ways to get your information. Even below as I am typing they ask how long to get your refund, How many days did it take. They are not telling the truth. Call and email and they tell you no refunds.
