Our family has followed William O'neil since the release of his first book in the late 80's. We've subscribed to various IBD products over the last 40 years, including Daily Graphs, during which my father was part of the first wave of retail subscribers to access institutional-grade charts. We've continued to subscribe to the charts (now called Market Surge) & eIBD w/weekly print; however, we continually have issues with paper delivery. I just canceled the sub after not receiving the paper for the second week in a row. It appears that no one on IBD's side cares. Each time I report a delivery issue, we only receive auto-response emails, but over the long term there's has been NO IMPROVEMENT. I figured the quality of the paper would perish after News Corp took over, and it appears to be happening. William O'neil's legacy is now being tarnished as the quality of IBD continues to wane. It was nice while it lasted.

How about "Content"? I'm having real trouble coordinating O'Neil's references to what's in the electronic version of IBD with what I can find on the screens. Initially, I wrote this off to the book being an "earlier product". But I do resent the constant IBD "pop-ups" with perpetual attempts at "upselling" being the aim rather than serving up information - also, the "readers are "baited" to click on tempting info only to be offered a special deal". I'm not shopping nor do I want to scroll for a living. A reader can't help but feel he or she is being lead through a maze of clap-trap narrative and scrolling to get to the point. So far, I'm unimpressed with mainly everything about IBD's electronic version. It lacks intuitiveness, transparency or explanations. Strictly average. We shall see. I've got 7 more weeks left on my 8 week trial period. ;(

I began subscribing to IBD less than two months ago, having zero investing experience. I'm puzzled by many of the less-than-flattering reviews I've seen here because I've encountered nothing short of absolute excellence in this product, from the early morning Live show to all of the daily manicured leader lists, to the educational videos, the advanced charting capabilities, the clear buy-and-sell price suggestions, industry-leading guests, and overall professional product interface. Inevitably, I've learned some lessons the hard way during my short time here, but I've also learned how to make better decisions today. I have more money in my portfolio than I did before coming here, even after using small positions to learn my way through this complex, sometimes emotional, process, and I have absolute optimism that my newfound knowledge will allow my portfolio to burgeon. I should also mention that I'm a lifelong professional artist, so numbers are not my thing, yet here I am succeeding with this intelligent product crafted by these good people. To the entire staff at IBD including Mike, Alissa, Justin, Ken, Dan, Rachel, and of course the vital spirit of Bill, I'm getting to know all of you so well, as if you're good friends sipping coffee with me every morning in my living room. Bravo!

Trying to subscribe to digital + print annua. The link hangs, once it loads the subscription changes to just digital monthly. Contacted support and they were 0 help. They could try over the phone but the web problems were "just me". When I contacted support via email it automatically sent me to "change address " if they can't make their website work correctly for subscriptions how can they possibly hope to attract new users.

Severely under performs the market. Some of the ideas are great but they stick to the same profit taking rules instead of adapting. Turning winners into losers. Need to learn how to sell into strength.

The panel members are great and knowledgeable. If you are ok with not having your questions answered (after several times and weeks) then go ahead and try it out
