Our family has followed William O'neil since the release of his first book in the late 80's. We've subscribed to various IBD products over the last 40 years, including Daily Graphs, during which my father was part of the first wave of retail subscribers to access institutional-grade charts. We've continued to subscribe to the charts (now called Market Surge) & eIBD w/weekly print; however, we continually have issues with paper delivery. I just canceled the sub after not receiving the paper for the second week in a row. It appears that no one on IBD's side cares. Each time I report a delivery issue, we only receive auto-response emails, but over the long term there's has been NO IMPROVEMENT. I figured the quality of the paper would perish after News Corp took over, and it appears to be happening. William O'neil's legacy is now being tarnished as the quality of IBD continues to wane. It was nice while it lasted.

Trying to subscribe to digital + print annua. The link hangs, once it loads the subscription changes to just digital monthly. Contacted support and they were 0 help. They could try over the phone but the web problems were "just me". When I contacted support via email it automatically sent me to "change address " if they can't make their website work correctly for subscriptions how can they possibly hope to attract new users.

People need to be extremely vigilant with this company. They scammed me out of my money. The cancellation process is deceptive. After a few months of trying to tolerate all of the popup advertising, I decide to discontinue my eIBD subscription, plus print. After logging into my account, I selected the option to cancel my subscription. I received a confirmation screen 'Subscription Cancelled. You successfully cancelled your subscription to IBD Digital. Your subscription will expire on Sept 29, 2023.' The following month I see my credit card was charged for October. I called and they told me I can NOT cancel via online, you must call them to cancel. Really! So why did I get 'Subscription cancellation successful' message? No indication that I need to call them! Deceptive business practice, without a doubt.

1st they shouldn't have a 4.1 rating in their reviews it should be 1 Star according to the reviews. All the real reviews are serious complaints all the same they are not receiving the services they signed up for and their money being stolen from them through illegal charges and making it impossible to cancel their subscriptions. Customer service is almost impossible to get in touch with and once you do they are unhelpful and outright rude offering no solutions to your problem. So I'm going to clearly say IMO- STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON ARTIST. It's sad because they have the potential to start a legit honest business but instead they chose the short cut
