I have been a subscriber for many years. Overall I have been happy with your service however I have a few concerns.
I prefer to renew my subscription every year myself online. When I login I am not recognized as having an account. I am forced to renew by phone. This should be made more user friendly.
I suggest adding a monthly chart to your intraday, daily and weekly charts.
