I’ve been thoroughly pleased with my experience with this company. The water pitcher is fast and easy to use, and the water is not only purified but enhanced with beneficial minerals. Much better and easier than buying water and lugging it home. The shower head has forestalled the need for a whole house filter, and also has dramatically increased our dismal water pressure. My only need for customer service was due to my own fault, and the company replaced the part I damaged at no charge. I highly recommend Invigorated Water for their products and their service.
