Where we live the water is extremely hard.
We boiled the tap water in a pan and there was a film left on the surface. I found out from the water company this is normal. Its all the contaminates found in the water. After researching water filters we decided on the Invigorated system. Best decision we made. When you boil the water now, there is no residue left on the water. Taste great.
