The customer service is top notch and the pitcher very nice quality. I was hoping that the filter would improve the taste of my water but it did not. Maybe I chose the wrong product for my water need but it was definitely a disappointment. This may just not be the right product for me. The water might be healthier, it just simply tastes the same.
