While there was some damage in the products I ordered (the clip on the ice lid for my stainless steel decanter was busted, and the filter bag was open) I received an immediate response from customer service and received the replacements quickly (today). I've been enjoying the 30g filter in my water bottle and now have a decanter of filtered water for my ice maker, coffee and tea, and dog water bowl. The water tastes great, although I haven't tested it.
