This pitcher and filter are working great. I gave the pitcher 4 stars instead of 5 because upon the first use of this pitcher, the rubber ring on the bottom of the pitcher that stops it from slipping on my counter top came off and it won't stay in place no matter how much I work with it. This isn't a huge complaint because he main function of the pitcher- the filter - works great, but it was disappointing to have a piece of the pitcher come off upon the first use.
