I have been a Invoice2go app user for years, but lately too much bad is happening and I’m not happy with the service. I got paid from a client on an invoice through their partner Stripe service, client asked me to cancel the transaction, I did so. Refunded to client. But I’m still left with a charge from Invoice2go (or Stripe) in my bank account for $51.05. Contacted Invoice2go and they said “sorry” it’s not us, it’s stripe that charged you. There’s no phone number listed for stripe, yes, good luck to me finding customer service from Stripe. When my business is with Invoice2go not with Stripe.
