I have used this program for just over 1 year, all was decent and working until recently. I sent a $12,000 invoice to a client, and they paid by credit card, which I hadn’t enabled the program to do. I then discovered I was was billed almost $500 for that credit card payment.
I hadn’t agreed to this in any way, invoice2go basically robbed me of that $500 with no notice or agreement.
