Was great until they had to change what wasn’t broken several years ago. Then it took three times as long to create an invoice. App and website would freeze up. Thought I had cancelled the subscription a while back but they are still charging me after almost two years of not using it. Even changed my credit card number in 2020 and they somehow got the charge through this March (2022). The website makes it impossible to cancel the account. They only seem to allow you to upgrade your subscription. Can’t cancel through iPhone. If you click on their link where they tell you how to cancel, it doesn’t take you to their website but back to the app and you run into the same problem as I mentioned before. Had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge and get a phone number since they make finding a customer support phone number nearly impossible also.
