I was notified they were closing my account in early August after someone had just paid an invoice. They said due to the account closure, they would mail a check. We are almost in December and I still have no check! They owe me $600! First, they said 30 days after closure they would send the check. Then they said they would escalate it because they didn’t know why it wasn’t sent. Now I get nothing ! 4 months!
