Absolutely horrendous support. All bots and AI. I cannot even get my documents accepted because some ‘information’ does not match my application. What exactly doesn’t match??? The bot that answers my emails cannot tell me. It simply wants me to reset my application. One huge waste of time.
Owned by Bill.com. They’re the problem.
