Lack of contact in emergency situation.
Lack of technical knowledge in different regions.
Unable to identify payments through stripe.
Software issues with raising invoice saying already paid when not paid.
Biggest problem is unable to get support to resolve these issues.
In the process for looking for alternatives to this , is a shame as could be great !
