They DO NOT listen or look after their customers.
App used to be brilliant. They updated June 2017 just beforw eofy. Screwed everyone around couldn't access info at the most crucial and stressful time of the year.
Invoice2go's response was copy and pasted asnwers about how good the new app was. Not addressing issues or helping stuck customers.
I'm now fighting with them over a refund for the remainder of the subscription.
They app may have since improved again. But after the way they treated their customers with this, no way I'd trust them again.
