Constant increase in price. Repeated failed "updates" and charging a fortune to add more than a few clients is ridiculous. You can't write a simple invoice anymore without adding a client to the limited database even if you will never see that client again. Greed has overtaken their company ethos - maybe they have been silently taken over by Apple?. Forget it and either use freeware or get a fully featured accounting package for the same price. It is not value for a small business
