I have made 2 separate purchases from Ioco.
All products are of high quality. I am extremely impressed with the all-glass coffee reusable cups - I have the 8oz and now a 16oz. The protective sleeve is handy for travelling the cups. The baristas who have seen them are very impressed too! I also appreciate that you can buy lids separately.
I had one incorrect order that was sorted out quickly - really appreciated that.
