I tried to purchase the service online using 2 different credit cards from Fortune 100 companies (Citi & Bank of America). After receiving an error message from them I emailed customer service. They said I needed to try a different card as my banks may not allow international purchases. That is a red flag. These banks (mentioned above) are international and do not reject transactions from reputable companies. Apparently IMEI.net will not take paypal either. I will not conduct business with bogus, un-secured entities.
