Four years ago I had boxy charm before ipsy bought them out, and I had my box by the seventh of every month, fast forward to Christmas of 2023 and I re-signed up and now I get to pick everything around the first part of the month and it always says it ships and then it sits there for another week and a half before it even moves and I don’t get anything until almost the end of the month now and I cannot for the life of me Figure out why it will sit waiting to be received for a week and a half after it’s told me it has already shipped. I made a post on Reddit about this and I had several people tell me they’ve canceled because they got tired of waiting for weeks for something that says it shipped at the beginning of the month and yet you don’t get it until almost the end, for instance, this month it says it’s shipping out from Compton, California and I live in Northern California, I could’ve had it in two days, but instead it sits there for two weeks before it even gets shipped. Can someone explain this to me?
