“Oh Ipsy let me down big time .
One they have no customer support in place really, no number to call, it’s only emails that get answered every 24 hours, so even getting to a solution (if you do) takes forever .
For the last I’d say ehhh 8 months I was charged for my bag, never received it . At first they said the shipping address was wrong . Contacted the post office . Got it fixed . Still never received anything . Contacted Ipsy again, they said they “don’t do refunds” which really you don’t do refunds ?? What ? So they resent me a redo bag. Never got it . They kept saying the address was wrong but it was the same address as I was getting other mail from ?
After relentlessly trying to fix this situation more than the company seemed to care, I canceled and guess I’m out of close to $200 with zero product.
I will definitely be telling every single person I know to stay away from this company.
Completely terrible service overall. Can’t believe a company would screw over a paying customer like that, but it’s America so makes sense.”
“Don’t do it. They charge you without getting consent. They don’t respond and will keep your money even if you didn’t authorize a charge. Products are terrible and customer service is worse.”
“This is my second month with Ipsy! I was supposed to receive my package no later than the 17th of September!!! Still no package! When I try to get an answer I am connected to the glam bot where I text my issue! They say they open a ticket and email me! The problem is I haven’t received a single email from them! Not in my spam folder or in my junk folder or in my inbox! NOTHING!!!!!!!! I paid and nothing!!! They don’t have a customer service number to call so I am stuck in this triangle!!!! Get it together people!!!”
“Four years ago I had boxy charm before ipsy bought them out, and I had my box by the seventh of every month, fast forward to Christmas of 2023 and I re-signed up and now I get to pick everything around the first part of the month and it always says it ships and then it sits there for another week and a half before it even moves and I don’t get anything until almost the end of the month now and I cannot for the life of me Figure out why it will sit waiting to be received for a week and a half after it’s told me it has already shipped.
I made a post on Reddit about this and I had several people tell me they’ve canceled because they got tired of waiting for weeks for something that says it shipped at the beginning of the month and yet you don’t get it until almost the end, for instance, this month it says it’s shipping out from Compton, California and I live in Northern California, I could’ve had it in two days, but instead it sits there for two weeks before it even gets shipped. Can someone explain this to me?”
