This is my second month with Ipsy! I was supposed to receive my package no later than the 17th of September!!! Still no package! When I try to get an answer I am connected to the glam bot where I text my issue! They say they open a ticket and email me! The problem is I haven’t received a single email from them! Not in my spam folder or in my junk folder or in my inbox! NOTHING!!!!!!!! I paid and nothing!!! They don’t have a customer service number to call so I am stuck in this triangle!!!! Get it together people!!!
