I placed an order 1/11/2021. I received the order 1/21/2021 but it wasn't what I ordered. I sent e-mail 1/22/21 explaining that I ordered SKU: LE02397 but got L02397C.

Shipment # SHI-21-01-11-0028573
I haven't heard a thing about my order. Please check into this.
