First, they were considerably cheaper (including postage) than Iherb who I have been getting supplements from for years. Shipment was a bit slower but not by much and the cheaper price was well worth the extra wait of a day or two. Packaging was great, my stuff comes in glass bottles, and they were protected with bubble wrap and paper with the box being sturdy.
All in all, a great experience and I think they have gained a new customer at the expense of IHerb.
