I don't know what it is like for Ipump when she doesn't mean to comply with the buying terms. I bought the Hydroxycut in a ''buy one get other free" through the Order #100026836, and for my surprise only one Hydroxycut arrived in my adress. Right after shipping was provided by Ipump I emailed the store to confirm if the promotion would be complied. The answer sent by "Brian" to the ticket #EG7J3 I've created told me the other container was not been sent, cause something about order issues forbade the 2 container shipping. I've already tried facebook or website communication with Ipump for comply with the buying agreements, but wasn't succeeded. Hope you guys give me a solution for this, otherwise will be no other behavior from be but burn the company on facebook and and never to buy there again. Edit.: The issue was dealt by Brian, who patiently heard my complains and proposed a fair deal among Ipump e me(the customer). Now I'd recommend the store to a friend and I'll probably back to buy there again.
