Well ordered my product in June. It said between 10 and 60 days. It's been more than 60 days. They don't send and email saying the shipment is lost nothing. UPIC sends me an email with to fill in a affidavit. Clearly they don't worry about the customer and will let UPIC let you know your shipment is lost. Customer service is really bad but they willing to take your money ASAP.
