My wife and I came to IRB Law LLP to make a Will on 13 Apr 24 at 119 Jalan Sultan. The staff at the counter was very polite to greet and usher us to a meeting room.
Shortly, Ms Ling came with the Will documents and explained to us in English and Mandarin to me and my wife. We were very impressed with her proficiency in the explanation and delivery of the Will. Throughout the session, we're very impressed on Ms Ling of her patience, cheerfulness, knowledge of her job, and meticulous handling of the documents.
She is indeed an asset to the law firm !
