“Mr Baiross, Mr Andrew and Ms. Kellia assisted me in retaining my Condo at Amo Residence , which was cancelled by developer due to some delay payments . By the professional advise of Adv Baiross , Adv Andrew , managed to get the OTP again from developer . They had been advising me step by step ; arranging meeting with developer solicitor and finally managing to retain my unit . Overall many thanks to Excellent and professional Team .”

“I would like to thank Mr Fazal and his team at Westgate for his tremendous support in handling my matter. “First meeting with Mr. Baiross very pleasant. He was very patient and go through my issues with details. He gave me hope that I have a case to proceed. I have high hopes. But Mr. Pang was appointed to me as my lawyer for my case. No appointments was made for discussion and we only corresponding through WhatsApp. After so many months, the results came to nothing can done and are now at a standstill. Can anyone help. “I was facing a potential charge that was serious and needed a good lawyer to help me navigate through the legal processes. I was referred to IRB Law by a loved one and was introduced to Mr Baiross, and Mr Danny Nah who would be handling my case. When we had the first meeting, Mr Baiross was able to advise and prepare me for the process ahead using his extensive legal experience. In the subsequent meetings, Mr Danny Nah managed my case exceptionally well, placing great attention to detail and being very clear on the information he required from me. About a month in, we received the best news that surpassed my expectations and I am deeply thankful for Danny and his team’s help through this entire process. “Just minutes prior to attending my first court hearing, I chanced upon IRB Law services and directly contacted Mr Baiross to ask for legal advice on my case. With a swift reply in just a couple of minutes, I learned that he was present in court with another case at hand and he advised to come by the office at Jalan Sultan within the same day. With his guidance, we were prepared for the outcomes ahead and his team just was amazing! Mr Danny Nah, who was handling my case moving forward did a fantastic job beyond my expectations. He was clear in getting all the information needed for the trial and handling the court sessions on my behalf. With only months in, we received the best news beyond our expectations and we could not be more thankful for Danny and his team’s help swiftness and determination through the gruelling process! “When we first went to the offices of IRB Law LLP, we were greeted by Ghazi, the Legal Manager, who was polite and courteous; and who remained polite and helpful throughout our communication with the firm. We were introduced to our lawyer, Dzuleqhmal, whom we found pleasant and easy to talk to thereby putting us at ease. Dzul was professional and transparent. He was open to questions and gave us some useful input. We felt comfortable to engage his services. At our second meeting, Dzul walked us through the steps of the legal documents. He gave clear explanations. What impressed us was that the lawyer Dzul listened to our concerns and priorities and acknowledged they were good points. He took on board to reflect our concerns in the legal document. Indeed we would like to thank Dzul and his team for making our experience with IRB Law LLP a positive one”

“We were looking to engage a lawyer and made an initial call to the office of IRB Law where my enquiry was handled well and I was promised a call back by an appropriate member of staff for my case. The call back came within a few hours and a useful discussion was held during that call. This was subsequently followed up with a personal appointment at their offices a few days later with Mr Ghazi the Legal Manager and Mr Dzuleqhmal a Partner. Mr Dzul discussed our particular situation and was clearly very knowledgeable and was someone we were confident would advise us well. We therefore appointed IRB Law to act for us. We were very happy with the whole experience and would like to thank Mr Ghazi and Mr Zdul. We will certainly use IRB Law for any further needs.”

“My wife and I came to IRB Law LLP to make a Will on 13 Apr 24 at 119 Jalan Sultan. The staff at the counter was very polite to greet and usher us to a meeting room. Shortly, Ms Ling came with the Will documents and explained to us in English and Mandarin to me and my wife. We were very impressed with her proficiency in the explanation and delivery of the Will. Throughout the session, we're very impressed on Ms Ling of her patience, cheerfulness, knowledge of her job, and meticulous handling of the documents. She is indeed an asset to the law firm !”
