“Just minutes prior to attending my first court hearing, I chanced upon IRB Law services and directly contacted Mr Baiross to ask for legal advice on my case. With a swift reply in just a couple of minutes, I learned that he was present in court with another case at hand and he advised to come by the office at Jalan Sultan within the same day. With his guidance, we were prepared for the outcomes ahead and his team just was amazing! Mr Danny Nah, who was handling my case moving forward did a fantastic job beyond my expectations. He was clear in getting all the information needed for the trial and handling the court sessions on my behalf. With only months in, we received the best news beyond our expectations and we could not be more thankful for Danny and his team’s help swiftness and determination through the gruelling process! Definitely would recommend their services to anyone we come across that needs legal help!”

“When we first went to the offices of IRB Law LLP, we were greeted by Ghazi, the Legal Manager, who was polite and courteous; and who remained polite and helpful throughout our communication with the firm. We were introduced to our lawyer, Dzuleqhmal, whom we found pleasant and easy to talk to thereby putting us at ease. Dzul was professional and transparent. He was open to questions and gave us some useful input. We felt comfortable to engage his services. At our second meeting, Dzul walked us through the steps of the legal documents. He gave clear explanations. What impressed us was that the lawyer Dzul listened to our concerns and priorities and acknowledged they were good points. He took on board to reflect our concerns in the legal document. Indeed we would like to thank Dzul and his team for making our experience with IRB Law LLP a positive one”

“We were looking to engage a lawyer and made an initial call to the office of IRB Law where my enquiry was handled well and I was promised a call back by an appropriate member of staff for my case. The call back came within a few hours and a useful discussion was held during that call. This was subsequently followed up with a personal appointment at their offices a few days later with Mr Ghazi the Legal Manager and Mr Dzuleqhmal a Partner. Mr Dzul discussed our particular situation and was clearly very knowledgeable and was someone we were confident would advise us well. We therefore appointed IRB Law to act for us. We were very happy with the whole experience and would like to thank Mr Ghazi and Mr Zdul. We will certainly use IRB Law for any further needs.”

“My wife and I came to IRB Law LLP to make a Will on 13 Apr 24 at 119 Jalan Sultan. The staff at the counter was very polite to greet and usher us to a meeting room. Shortly, Ms Ling came with the Will documents and explained to us in English and Mandarin to me and my wife. We were very impressed with her proficiency in the explanation and delivery of the Will. Throughout the session, we're very impressed on Ms Ling of her patience, cheerfulness, knowledge of her job, and meticulous handling of the documents. She is indeed an asset to the law firm !”

“I was referred to Mdm Izyan, from the Tampines Team, by the West Gate Team (led by Mr Fazal) - for convenience. My first meet up with Mr Fazal was pleasant, as he guided me through the divorce process at the Syariah Court. He adviced me on the possible ways that I could consider taking to benefit myself out of the divorce and I could feel his willingness and sincerity to assist his clients, in contrary to my next (hasty) appointment with Mdm Izyan at the Tampines office. My MOD was amended to be too brief, leaving out many important facts on the breakdown of my marriage, and was only submitted one week before my mediation session. My MOD was then, not received by SYC on time for the mediation, which she claimed was due to IT issues. I believed this could be detected earlier and postponement could be avoided. Due to this postponement, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $500 attendance fee. I seeked her assistance to liaise with SYC to postpone the case further as I could not attend the next mediation but she instantly refused to accede to my request. I was only told the day before mediation that another lawyer will assist me as she had to attend a hearing for another client. I felt this is unprofessional of her to treat my case as the less important one. I again requested for a postponement, moreover, I needed more time to reconsider the divorce. I expected my solicitor to assist in reaching an agreement with the Plaintiff's lawyer on the postponement. However, I was asked to discuss with my then spouse on my own. I felt that both solicitors were just "accompanying" me to SYC instead of understanding the assistance I needed during difficult times. It would definitely turn out positively if they serve their job responsibilities from the heart and treat clients with compassion. To date, Plaintiff has yet to pay for my iddah and mut'ah. Mdm Izyan did not bother to check with me if he has made payment, or guided me on post divorce matters before initiating balance payment. Instead, I was pointed to the letter of agreement and asked for another $500 for my request to send him a reminder. The thought of engaging a solicitor to facilitate my court case turned out to be a very unpleasant experience with this one. I would have done it on my own rather than wasting $5k on such lackadaisical service. I should have insisted on engaging Mr Fazal instead.”

“Great experience doing my deed poll👍🏻 was recommended by my friend about them. Online process is so smooth and price of doing deed poll is so affordable. Online applying only $40, next day I just go down to the law firm and sign. So simple and easy. “I found myself very lucky to reach Mr. Mohamed Baiross for legal help. I had a dispute with my rental property landlord, who tried to make a number of unlawfully claims at the end of my tenancy. Mr. Baiross first gave me free consultation and informed me the options I have. While I had to proceed with my legal action, Mr. Baiross and another lawyer Ms. Crystal assisted me on the letter of demand, and patiently take me through each step with clear instruction. No mess, no fuss. In the end, I managed to claim all my deposit back quickly, thanks to Mr. Baiross and Crystal's help! I would highly recommend them for people who are considering legal consultation!”
