Ordered EKA code for my MG TF, then an hour later a notification from PayPal that my payment was being refunded.
Phoned during advertised hours & only ever got voicemail. Left message asking what the problem was, so if I had provided wrong info I could put it right. Three days passed with no response.
Very poor customer service.
Still, at least the money has been refunded unasked, so no real harm done (hence 2* rather than 1).
