I got the serial number off the side of my Ford Focus Radio typed it in to the search box paid £10.99 and in about 5 minutes I had my code on the screen. Code now used and radio works. Like everyone else on the reviews, I had my doubts but this saved time, cost and hassle of waiting 2 weeks for an appointment in the local ford dealership and then spending 30 minutes and £20 for them to sort the radio out. Thanks guys.
