Firstly i entered the wrong radio serial number for my radio, so code supplied was of no use, however telephoned the number supplied with the order, spoke to a very friendly lady who after checking my order resubmitted the correct radio serial number, gave me a new code which worked perfectly.
I received a very professional and helpful service and would not hesitate in using them again if required and would without hesitation recommend to others.
