Had battery disconnected, my radio code supplied with car did not work so contacted jaguar they had the same non working code and wanted car to go to their workshop I took radio unit out of car and it had exchange unit label on it so code would have altered this happening in its life copied serial number to this company and waited no more than 2 minutes and I had the correct code for radio and now radio sat nav and voice control all working again, i am a very happy customer and have recommended this to my Jaguar forum members.
