I requested a radio code form this company via their website from my mobile phone and the code received did not work. The company are now refusing to issue me with a refund for the code claiming that my radio information submitted may not have been correct or the radio may have been tampered with. The radio details were 100% accurate and the radio had not been tampered with. I'm not trying to be cheeky the code really didn't work and i had to go to a main dealer to get the correct code for my radio to which i have the invoice for, why would i have that if the supplied code worked? DO NOT go near this company for your codes as if it doesn't work forget getting your money back, i am attempting to claim my money back via paypal. I will also be contacting trading standards to get their opinion on this. Very disappointing and all so they can hang on to my £9.00!
