Friendly service from Jonjoe himself who went through all the exhuastive variables to try and get the code I had purchased to work (over the phone on a Sunday evening I might add). Unfortunately after several attempts we concluded that the unit's original code had been changed and I was immedaitely refunded. Excellent customer service and despite the code not working I would definitely come back and use them again!
