Overall it was very easy to obtain the code number.
To make a constructive criticism, when the site is searching for the code, it would be a good idea to have a message there saying it can take up to 30 minutes for the result.
This would have saved me calling the company after 10 minutes to advise them I thought something was wrong and didn't seem to be working correctly only to be told of the possible timescale for the result to appear.
