On the evening of 2nd January I received outstanding service from this company. The code for my wife's Grand Voyager radio is a particularly tricky one to obtain, and I had been waiting for almost 2 weeks to get the code from another company. I got fed up and tried Jonjoe, initially contacting them using their excellent on-line chat service and received instant success! I now have a very happy wife! Highly recommended.
